"My interest in serving the community and helping others has long been a passion of mine. Prior to acupuncture, I was an educator and health professions adviser, guiding students in achieving their own educational goals and aspirations. While living abroad for several years I enjoyed learning about other cultures, where I served as an English teacher. It was then I was introduced to acupuncture by a Chinese medical doctor from China who had started me on a path to relieving migraines that I had been suffering with for many years. Together my experience and education lead me to further enriching my knowledge and learning how to help others in achieving their own pathway to health with Chinese Medicine."

“I have always had a passion for caring for people. My interest in acupuncture began when my brother underwent surgery due to Crohn’s disease. Myself, my brother and my sister all have this disease. Currently there isn’t a cure for Crohn’s, just a lifetime of medicine and possible surgeries. I studied acupuncture with the goal of finding out an alternative way to treat Crohn’s without harsh medications. My education and experience, provided me with methods to help this and other digestive system disorders as well as headaches, dermatological disorders, various pain conditions, acute illnesses, sports related injuries and women’s health. With my knowledge and experience, I strive to improve people’s lives with Chinese Medicine, no matter what ails them.”
